The Wachusett Valley Folk Festival 2010 will be held on August 8, 2010 at the Wachusett Village Inn, 9 Village Inn Road, Westminster, MA.

Artists that will be performing are Ashbrook Haynes – Brooks Williams – Don White – Maeve – Mustard’s Retreat – Pesky J Nixon – Susan Werner – Vance Gilbert
We will be offering a singer/songwriter critiquing workshop hosted by Vance Gilbert. Vance will critique a limited amount of performers that attend this workshop. You will receive some valuable information about your performance skills plus the opportunity to perform one song if chosen on our main stage later in the day. David Tamulevich will host a business seminar. Find out what needs to be done to be successful in your career. David Tamulevich of the Roots Agency will be doing a question-and-answer session for songwriters, performers and just the generally interested.
Come and discuss with the folk community about getting and working with an agent, touring, building and sustaining a career and anything else you’d like with one of the top agents/managers in the field.

Jean Syria and Denise Hurley are still perfecting the festival experience and feel that bringing it to the Wachusett Village Inn will provide that experience. “We are bringing in amazing performers to a venue that will provide elegance and comfort to the festival goer at reasonable prices.”
